- The NFM Cart Retrieval Service (888-55-CARTS) - In a proactive approach, NWGA has worked with city governments to find a solution to the growing problem of abandoned shopping carts. NWGA and Northwest Cart Retrieval (NWCR) have partnered to form this member program. NWGA strives to provide the tools each of our member retailers need to minimize losses in cart inventory due to stolen property, and to prevent assessed fines through city ordinances.
